Homemade Breakfast Sausage

Makes 6 patties
1 pound ground pork, turkey, chicken, or beef
1 teaspoon dried sage
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 tsp sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Form patties with clean hands
Cook patties approximately 8 minutes on each side
Note: If you use ground chicken or turkey, you may have to add some coconut oil to your skillet. Make several batches and freeze cooked or uncooked patties for future meals.
