Makes 2 servings
1 avocado, seeded
¼ cup preservative-free lime juice, or 2 freshly squeezed limes
1 tablespoon coconut oil
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
12 drops liquid stevia
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Pour into 2 individual cups
Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes
Dark Chocolate Mousse: Omit the lime juice and replace it with 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder. To enrich the chocolate flavor, add a pinch of organic instant coffee, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a dash of salt.
