Makes 4 servings
5 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 apples, diced
8 slices Applegate uncured black ham
1/4 cup raisins (omit for candida-friendly version)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup pinto or black beans
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
Instructions
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
Layer the remaining ingredients in the skillet and cover.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
Serve immediately!
