Tropical Cabbage Salad

Makes 4 servings

  • ½ head green cabbage, shredded

  • ¼ head purple cabbage, shredded

  • 2 stalk celery, diced

  • 1 cup berries

  • 1-2 kiwi, sliced

  • 1 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 cup canned full fat coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter

  • ¼ cup preservative free lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ½ teaspoon powdered stevia, or more to taste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest


  1. Combine Cabbage, celery, berries, kiwi, and seeds in a large bowl

  2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a blender

  3. Toss dressing with the cabbage salad until well coated
