Makes 4 servings
8 cups Power Greens (spinach, kale, swiss chard)
2 cucumbers, sliced
2 green apples, sliced
1 avocado, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup preservative-free lime or lemon juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons fresh basil, or 2 teaspoons dried basil
½ teaspoon powdered stevia
Instructions
Toss power greens, cucumber, apples, avocado and nuts together
Blend remaining ingredients
Pour dressing over salad
