Basic Grilled Salmon

Makes 4 servings

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 4 tablespoons clarified butter or coconut oil

  • ½ red onion, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed

  • 2 teaspoons sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 lemon


  1. Turn oven on hi broil.

  2. Arrange salmon fillets in a glass baking dish.

  3. Spread coconut oil over each fillet.

  4. Arrange garlic and onion over each fillet.

  5. Sprinkle seasonings over all fillets.

  6. Squeeze lemon juice over fillets.

  7. Broil for 7-8 minutes.
