Makes 4 servings
4 salmon fillets
4 tablespoons clarified butter or coconut oil
½ red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 lemon
Instructions
Turn oven on hi broil.
Arrange salmon fillets in a glass baking dish.
Spread coconut oil over each fillet.
Arrange garlic and onion over each fillet.
Sprinkle seasonings over all fillets.
Squeeze lemon juice over fillets.
Broil for 7-8 minutes.
