Makes 5 patties
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 (15ounce) can wild Alaskan salmon
3 eggs
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup spinach, kale or Swiss chard, finely diced
½ tablespoon dried parsley or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, diced
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet on medium heat
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Form patties and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side
